123 Gluten Free Sugar Cookies
I’ve tried a few products from 123 gluten free including their brownies, all which are good for being gluten free.
These cookies came out more like a biscuit cookie when I baked them light and fluffy, and flaky like a biscuit.
I didn’t have a blender so I hand beat them which may have affected the consistency and fluffy part.
These cookies are little more time consuming, including refrigerating dough and rolling out the dough.
