Egg Whites and Rice Cakes

Rice cakes can seem SO plain, especially the one’s that are actually healthy for you.  Most of the flavored one’s out there have SO much added stuff and junk that they really aren’t good for you.  Therefor I am attempting to find ways to make them taste 10 times better and a way to try and sneak in extra veggies and protein throughout the day.

TIP: Pack your toppings on the side, and then build your rice cake right before you eat it so it doesn’t get soggy
