Simple lean meals

My week coming up is SO SO busy.  Plus Steph’s 19 day fitness challenge is in full swing being day one.  Therefore I had to keep it simple this week.

I simply put together some grilled chicken, smashed yams, and steamed kohlrabi.  Add a little salt and pepper!

 

 

Ground Turkey Burger Salad topped with zucchini and a drizzle of Raspberry Vinaigrette.

 

 

Raspberry Vinagarette

Simply heat raspberry’s and apple juice until raspberry’s are softened.  Add 1 Tbsp of lemon and 1 Tbsp of fresh ground ginger.  Blend up and you are on your way.

Try blending raspberry’s, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
