Gluten Free Stir Fry

GF Stir Fry

You choice of starch (Quinoa, rice etc…)

Left over steak (marinated in soy sauce for 24 hours)

Steamed broccoli and carrots

Canned water chestnuts and bamboo shoots

From the Garden: Kale, Swiss Chard, Red Cabbage, Flowering Kale, Kohlrabi, Pole Beans

Serve in bowl, top with extra GF soy sauce!!!

    I made a stir fry tonight too–chicken marinated in, olive oil, and gluten-free soy sauce; then saute that up with onion, garlic,pepper (red), broccoli, snap peas, ginger and carrots. Served over rice(brown). Pretty good, but a bit of indigestion tells me that I used too much olive oil.

    Ummmm sounds delicious!
    A great marinade for chicken, chili powder, garlic salt, minced garlic, lemons, lime and olive oil….ummmm delicious!
