Ginger Kumquat Chicken Marinade

Need a kick to that chicken, tired of the same thing over and over?  Try out this marinade, it has a hint of citrus flavor with a little kick…

 

Ginger Kumquat Chicken Marinade

1/2 bunch of green onions chopped

8 Kumquats

2 Tbsp crushed red pepper

2 cloves diced garlic

A pinch of salt and pepper

1/4 C. olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 inch grated ginger

1 package of chicken

I like to let it marinade overnight to get the full flavor, but if your in a hurry, let it marinade for 1 hour minimum
