Post Fitness Challenge

Even though the fitness challenge has come to an end, it doesn’t mean that the healthy eating has come to an end….I am so grateful I had the opportunity to meet Stephanie Winters and contribute a little spark of creativity to the fitness challenge with my own flare on food.

There’s nothing better then a homemade tomato sauce like the one in this picture over spaghetti squash…delicious!  I hope everyone else stuck to their plan and is keeping up the awesome work.  I thought the end results were amazing!!!


Final stats out of 50 participants:

125.25 inches lost (3 site measurement)
260.75lbs lost!
3.25% body fat lost on average

Remember this was just over 3 weeks, even if it felt longer, those are enormous gains in such a short time!
