Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

This is one of those great Vegetarian options out there, but also great if you eat Gluten Free. 

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms:

Brush Gluten Free Soy Sauce over Portabello Mushroom and Grill for 10-15 minutes or, check out this site for more explicit directions How to cook

Cook Red Quinoa

Steam yellow squash and zuccini (sprinkle a little garilc salt and organic butter over the veggies in the pot or steamer)

Saute peppers, onions and tomatoes until onions are transparent

Place mushroom on top of quinoa and squashes

    Thanks so much for finding me! Something I like to do to winter my garden is to pull up all the root plants, and burn them on the garden until white ash! Many insects lay eggs inside the plants and their root systems that can hatch the next year!!! And then stir/till in some compost and wood chips to make for a great soil next spring:)
