Namaste Foods- Gluten Free Muffin Mix
These muffins not only sound healthy but also taste healthy.Which for some people is a good thing and for others, they would rather it taste like the real deal or better! No sugar added, gluten free, allergen free, add applesauce and fruit juice. I’m sure most people would say count me out. Despite the sound of it these muffins have a great taste even with all of the modifications. Great for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
I’ve tried quite a few of Namaste’s products, and these were good, but their spice cake is still my favorite!!! I added fruit juice, apple sauce, cranberries and walnuts, and also made a batch of chocolate chip walnut muffins. The over all verdict is a little crispy on the outside, and taste better when you heat them back up and add a little butter or earth balance to them. I would recommend a sprinkle of sugar or cinnamon on top as well!
