Thanksgiving is knocking at the door and black Friday is around the corner.  Generally I work on Thanksgiving being that I work in the Tourism industry and live in a town that survives off the guests that visit.  This year I’ve had the opportunity to take some time off and get away, I couldn’t ask for more:)

I just finished spending a week in Vegas at the Fitness of America competition, where my sister was competing for national championships.  I’m grateful this was the week before Thanksgiving.  At this point I’m kinda over watching everyone eat chicken, broccoli and rice with no seasoning on it.  I love flavor and creativity, herbs, spices, and layers of cooking.
