Sushi Tora
Sushi Tora is by far my favorite sushi in Boulder, Colorado. The staff is friendly, attentive, and educated on menu choices. They also provide a gluten free menu and replace the soy sauce within seconds with a gluten free tamari sauce. I didn’t even have to ask the server to use real crab meat, she circled it on the menu wrote real crab next to it, and confirmed verbally with the chef.
Sushi Tora’s brings it back to the roots, using real Wasabi Root from Oregon, fresh fish flown in from Japan every Wednesday and daily fresh fish flown in from markets. Micro greens line the side of the sushi bar, fresh cut for garnishes and rolls.
