Simple Seedy Snack


Stephanie’s Challenge Day 1:

Stephanie Winter’s is doing her round 2 challenge for 19 days!!!! Being a super busy week for me I kept it simple for snacks and meals.  This challenge couldn’t have come a more better time.  I’m totally in need of a check in to stay away from those unhealthy gluten free baked goods ;)

Tip: Try adding seeds to your peanut butter for an extra protein punch.  I added flax, hemp and pumpkin seeds for a twist.  Hemp seeds add extra protein!
