Sesame Ginger Bok Choy & Chicken


This recipe is simple and easy you can use the Ginger Kumquat Marinade recipe for your chicken, or if you don’t have time to marinade, simply bake, or pan fry (i like using a cast iron skillet) with fresh grated ginger and minced garlic.  Then sautee your bok choy or baby bok choy with ginger garlic and sesame oil until slightly wilted.  Top/garnish with sesame seeds.


Sesame Ginger Bok Choy

2 Tbsp sesame oil


Bok Choy or Baby Bok Choy

1 clove minced garlic

1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger

2 Tbsp sesame seeds (garnish)

Follow the instructions above and you have a great aromatic dinner that is warming!!!

Tip: if you like a crunch chop up the stems of a mature bok choy and sautee it in with the greens
