Second Breakfast

This sweet and savory breakfast dish is perfect for a second, third, fourth or even midnight meal!  The Second Breakfast is vanilla toffee fried polenta, topped with sauteed bananas, cinnamon, crushed walnuts, smothered in blue agave syrup and a sprinkle of coconut.  Add a side of your choice, sausage, bacon or patties!!!
