I want to make some hummus but I am not sure how to make it. Ot how to make tahini as I am pretty sure I can’t get it in the local supermarket, plus I know it is just a paste so it can’t be too hard to make, right?

Hummus is super easy to make, just follow the instructions in the recipe! You can put any flavor to it as well, try herbs or spices. Or read the ingredients of ones you like in the store and then try to make it from scratch at home.

If you don’t have access to tahini, try substituting cashew nut butter/paste or another nut butter. It simply adds a creamier texture and a hint of flavor. If you can’t find any of these, don’t fret you can go with out, try adding more oil to make it smoother.
