Razzle Choi Protein Smoothie

This is a great afternoon pick me up especially in late spring early summer, as the bok choy is harvesting and the body starts to crave fruit!!!


Razzle Choi Smoothie

2 Tbsp Frozen Mango

3 strawberries

4 raspberries

protein powder

1/2 cup bok choy

Almond Milk or Rice Milk
