Parchment Paper Salmon

I adore parchment paper.  You can do SO much with it.  Plus it’s one of my favorite way’s to cook fish.  It keeps the fish moist, tender, you can over cook the fish and still have it taste good.  (this is good for someone like my sister who likes her meat to be like a hockey puck).  Also, it reduces the smell of the fish and adds a wonderful aroma from all the veggies, or toppings you add.  The best part is it reduces the cook time by at least half.

Parchment paper fish usually takes me about 5 – 10 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook.  You can truly add any topping to this and it will come out excellent…my favorite part is when you serve the fish and open the parchment paper a puff of aromatic steam comes out of the paper, to die for and fabulous :)

Sprinkle fish with 1 tsp chili powder

Top with grated: zuchini, and carrot

Add sliced garlic

Top with Cabbage

Pour 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp. chicken stock (optional)

Roll the parchment paper up around the fish (picture coming soon)

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes @ 350 degrees
