-  De-Vein Cabbage leaves

-  Smear smashed yams into leaves

-  Sprinkle with chili, curry and cumin powder

-  Top with black beans

-  Add protein of choice

-  Roll up like a burrito

-  Top with mango salsa



Mango Salsa

- Dice up some onions

-  Dice up some peppers

-  Chop Tomato

-  Add mango

-  Sprinkle with lemon and lime juice

-  Garnish with Cilantro
