Lemon Chili Fish & Swiss Chard

Pan Fry or Bake Sole in olive oil and lemon juice

Sautee 1 clove minced garlic, and diced swiss chard stems

Add sliced swiss chard and a touch of lemon

Continue to pan fry until leaves are slightly wilted

Add chili powder (curry powder would work well too)


I like to pu the greens on the bottom


top with garlic and swiss chard stems
