Hidden Grain in Milk
It’s said that up to 50 percent of people with a gluten and or grain allergy will have a sensitivity to milk. Could their be a hidden reason for this, other then the dairy proteins (whey, lactose, casein)? Dr. Rodney Ford says that there are over 20 proteins in Milk that people can have a reaction to, gluten be one of the most common.
