Fitness Menu Day 7

Today was a mix of last weeks left overs, it is also prep day. I love prep day because it’s a day to clean out the fridge, the last chance to re-use any leftovers that are still good for day 1 of the new week, and you get to snack on all your new delicious meals for new week.  I like to prep meals 2 x/week and that is it.  View some tips on how to prep for cooking for the week to make your life easier!
