Fitness Menu Day 6

Saturday’s are a long days for me.  I start the morning in the farmer’s market and usually end up going to bed late and sleeping late on Sunday’s.  It’s a day where I am always running late and becomes eclectic from events to meals.

Breakfast: Egg White Yam Burrito

Snack 1: Fruit 1/2 cup (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes), and a handful of almonds

Snack 2: 1 Rice Cake w/Peanut Butter

Lunch: Left over chicken with Mixed Greens

Snack: Protein smoothie with fruit and almond milk

Dinner: Random snacking (and even more terrible but I cheated!!!) My brother sent me a box of gluten, dairy and nut free chocolate chocolate chip cookies…. how can a girl not appreciate that…

And my sister finished her fitness competition today…Therefor, I had to support all that hard work and gifts by indulging.

But tomorrow is back to cooking and some butt kicking…I can’t wait to share next weeks menu!!!
