Fitness Menu Day 5

Day 5 went well as far as food goes….However I think I need a rest day from fitness, I am feeling pretty sore from this past weeks workouts.  Meet rascal my chef assistant.  Tip: If you have trouble with cat’s on kitchen tables or counters just put a wedge of lemon near their nose….they will going running!!!

Breakfast: Reverse Burger- quinoa yam vegan burgers, w/egg whites, arugula and shaved carrots
