Fitness Menu Day 18

So… I was pretty proud of my menu today.  I stuck to some pretty healthy options and increased my exercise and protein today!!! Score:)  I found the time to do 3 mini workouts.  I started my day with about 30 minutes of Pilates, late afternoon I enjoyed the sunshine and did a 3 mile walk/run, and finished the day with 30 minutes of physical therapy/Pilates like stretching.  I feel like the holiday weekend threw me out of sync just a bit… but finally I am back on track!!!

 

Even the Cat couldn’t keep his paws off Today’s menu…

 

Breakfast: Vietnamese Salad Rolls (with chicken and mango)

Lunch: Indian Chick Pea Soup and Lean Ground Beef Pattie

Snack: Homemade Lara Bars… Literally took some nuts, raw peanut butter, dates and sea salt and blended it in a food processor

 

Dinner: Salmon and Spinach, Sauteed in Garlic and Lemon

 

 

Snack: 1 Tbsp Raw nut butter and a handful of grapes
