Fitness Challenge Menu Day 3

OK, so I woke up super late today…therefor a few less snacks for me.  But the menu for the day still kicked butt!!  I focused my meals around dandelion greens today.  Another random grocery store find…the one that catches your eye and you kind of want to run the other direction but at the same time it intrigues you.

Fitness I am slowly improving… I went for a walk run jog today… not sure what it was but it was 30 minutes of cardio, followed by stretching and an hour and a half of conditioning/dance class tonight

Breakfast: Dandelion Herb Egg White Omelet w/Sweet Potato Frys

After run Beverage: 1/2 lemon with cayenne pepper and ice water and a dash of honey

 

 

Snack: Dandelion Mango Protein Smoothie
