Egg White Scramble

5 Egg Whites

3 chopped Swiss Chard Leaves (sautee)

1 Clove Minced Garlic (sautee)

Top with 2 Tbsp. Salsa

NOTE: When I say salsa I don’t mean tostido’s or jarred salsa.  I mean fresh the store bought kind can usually be found in the produce area.  Try and make sure there are no added preservatives.  Or make your own at home, its easy and simple, just dice up a few onions, garlic, tomato’s and peppers, w/a splash of lemon or lime juice, voila you have salsa.
