Breakfast of Champions

I was hungry this morning.  Yesterday I did three mini workouts and again today.  I wanted a full fledged farm style breakfast.  So this is what I came up with…

 

Sautee 1/2 of a yam diced with onions and garlic

 

 

Add Grass fed beef ~ 2 oz.  Cook until done and then top with Kale

 

Today I wanted to experiment with 3 different eggs to see if I could tell the difference.  I had a regular white egg, a cage free egg, and then an organic free range egg…. which means I ate all the yolks too, had to test the whole egg (i’m a sucker for the yolks)

However, if I hadn’t been comparing eggs that would have been 3 egg whites.

 

Top with fresh herbs and diced tomato…voila you have a breakfast of champions!
