Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza
The two things I miss the most about a gluten and dairy filled lifestyle are baked goods, and pizza. I love pizza. Especially pizza and beer during ski season. I am always challenging myself to make things taste that much better then what the average American diet has consisted of except now a gluten and dairy free version of it. Recently, I have fallen in love with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza. The other great thing about this product is it gives a recipe for egg substitute, use 6 Tbs of water to 2 Tbs of flax meal, in place of 2 eggs!!!
Plus using this gluten free crust, I no longer get that food baby belly afterward that makes you want to unbuckle your belt and take a nap. This pizza piled high with fresh veggies, still leaves you light as a feather
Bob’s Red Mill Lasagna Pizza
I love adding fresh cut rosemary, parsley and basil from my herb garden into Bob’s Red Mill crust
Add your favorite toppings:
Onion, Garlic, Peppers, Mini Bella Mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts, Tomato’s, Basil, Greens, Elk Meat…ummm yummy:)
