Black Pepper Pho

Black Pepper Pho is tucked away in Boulder next to the movie theater in the mall.  There are so many options for dining in Boulder but this place steals my heart!  This place is extremely allergy friendly, and smells delicious the second you walk in the door.  The menu offers a basic and simple amount of traditional Vietnamese dishes. There is a high level of quality, and food paired with excellent service at an inexpensive price.  It’s somewhere I could actually afford to eat daily:)

 

The theme of the restaurant is the same, a place where less is more.  The light fixtures are one of my favorite parts about the design of the restaurant.

I’m not sure of anywhere else that you can get an appetizer, two entrees, two drinks and dessert for approximately 30 dollars and that was with tip!!!

even better the egg rolls are gluten free:)

 

Pho has been one of my favorites as long as I can remember.  If you love soup, herbs and spices this is the meal for you.  I can make some pretty mean pho, but the pho here is on my top 10 for out west.

 

It was exciting to be able to eat gluten free fried foods, not only egg rolls but fried banana dessert:)  UMMM yummy.  The ice cream is not dairy free just to make note for those who have a dairy sensitivity.
