BBQ Turkey, Dandelion Pesto Pizza

I have found yet another way to use egg whites!  This recipe I used a Gluten Free Teff tortilla for my base, but those in the fitness challenge looking to loose weight, I would recommend using the egg whites as your base!

 

 

BBQ Turkey, Dandelion Pesto Pizza

3-5 Egg Whites

3-4 Tbsp Dandelion Arugula Pesto

1/3 of a red onion (diced)

2 Tbsp. Organic Valley Gluten Free BBQ sauce

1 cup ground turkey or sliced/shredded chicken breast

1 Handful of Arugula

(I also put some left over dandelion greens in with the arugula)

 

 

Instructions:

Sautee onions in pan

add ground turkey or chicken

once cooked add bbq sauce

spread egg whites with pesto

top with arugula and dandelion greens

finish with bbq turkey mixture
