4 in 1 Gluten Free Pizza

Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza crust is something I love to indulge in every now and again.  Usually on my cheat day.  I try to steer clear of gluten free carbs or packaged foods in general because I don’t feel great when I eat them.  However 2-3 times/month I will indulge in a delicious carb loaded treat.


Because I eat this treat infrequently I usually cut  the pizza in half and make 2 different pizza’s or even in quarters and make 4 different pizza’s

This week was based off of local farmer’s market food, my CSA share and what was on sale at the store (2 for 1 cherry tomato’s)
