About

The inspiration for this blog is my recent challenge of becoming gluten free, and committing to the long term lifestyle change.  I chose the name Gluten Free 363 because my goal is to eat gluten free 363 days out of the year.  So far i’ve had about ten days where that hasn’t happened in the last 6 months.  I can only improve from here!  This blog is a resource to help others through the journey of becoming gluten free to “Gluten Freedom”.

This blog will contain posts on research, websites, challenges, resolution, reviews and recipes of my lifestyle change to the freedom of being gluten free.  I hope for interactive participation from audiences and recipe additions from everyone, so please post what may be helpful to me or other readers!!!
